Refund and Returns Policy
At Beautiful Bundles, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer exchanges or store credits under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: You must request an exchange or store credit within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
3. Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@beautifulbundleswigs.com within seven (7) days of receiving your item to initiate the process.
- Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.
- Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange. Depending on availability, we will send out the replacement item promptly.
- Store Credits: If you prefer a store credit, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

- We do not offer cancellations
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due toa mistake on our part.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return or exchange.
